Travel Sites

As I mentioned in the last post about Finding a Map of Maine I am indeed hanging out in Maine for the weekend due to an upcoming wedding tomorrow. We arrived in Lisbon, Maine around 430am this morning, got a few hours of sleep then went out for breakfast with my cousin at the T&A Diner in Lisbon.

My brother and I then assisted in the preparation of 4 turkeys for tomorrow night’s reception dinner.  My bro makes great gravy, so he was on the gravy detail and I was on the detail that involved cutting the white meat up into small pieces.

After the Turkey carving,  I came back over to my cousins house, which  had been my Grandparents house when they were living.  He has since bought the house and is continually in the middle of remodeling the old Maine farm house.

At his house I was able to get online..yes, I brought my laptop..I always work when away, and today was no exception.

Hosting Delema

First, I have been dealing with the hosting company that a number of our sites are on. My primary marketing blog, Pixelheadonline.com has been down for three days. The home page has been redirecting to a Berlin Sports Betting site and when anyone tries to reache the blog  a 404 NF page comes up…that really bites.  I also found out that three other sites that are on that hosting account are being redirected to other sites. Makes me wonder how many other sites that the host has are being redirected to other sites.

Twitter FollowFriday

Not wanting to waste my time totally, I decided to do some tweeting since it is Friday.

I am amazed at all the travel related Twitter profiles that I am finding. Today I found one lady, @ARWalsh4 who is from Philly and living in Madrid…isn’t the world a small place.

What Now?

Well that is it for FollowFriday.  My bro and cousins are getting some lobsters for dinner tonight, so I am sure I will have some pics of the lobster feast.  I will also try and get a video at some point in time of all the lobster eating and what not.
